What we collect

• What you write about your problem and how you handle it today.
• Details about your business: industry, size, and optionally location and name.
• Your name and email, and optionally your phone number.
• Your choices about review, demo, sharing and follow-up.
• Which link brought you here, and basic site usage statistics.

Why we collect it

• To send you the free review of your problem.
• To research which problems many businesses share, so we can decide what is worth building.
• If you ticked the box, to tell you if we build something for your problem.

Who sees it

Only people at Platinum Synergy Group. We don't sell your information. We use service providers to run the site, store data and send email, and they handle it only on our behalf. If you allow it, we may publish an anonymized summary of your problem. We never publish your name, business name, email or your exact words.

Email

We email you about your review because you asked for it. We only send other emails, such as news about something we built, if you ticked the follow-up box. Those emails include an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions while we research and build. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing app@platinumsynergy.com. Your data is stored in Canada.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly analytics that don't track you across sites. Where the public problem board is on, we may set a cookie so one browser counts once on a “me too” vote.
